Oat straw arrives for turkey chick bedding

Bramble farm use only the best straw for turkey chick bedding. 

However, in 2018, straw has been in short supply. As covered in Farmers Guardian, farmers are struggling, with low yeilds causing a short supply and "Straw prices could reach three or four times those of last year due to poor growing conditions and low over-season stocks".

Although in short supply, we managed to get local fresh oat straw, and we were please to find, it's the best straw we've had in years.
